Within the scope of the Project NGAX41 – IT Capacities and Support, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Country Office in Nigeria (UNODC CONIG) is interested to deploy a fibre optic cable to provide internet connectivity to NAPTIP HQ located in Abuja, Nigeria.

The Procurement Section of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV PS) on the behalf of UNODC CONIG, is seeking qualified and interested vendors to express their interest in a) deploy a fibre optic cable at NAPTIP and b) 1024kbps/2048kbps symmetrical link subscription for 12 months with an option to extend for an additional one year period subject to availability of funds, need for service and contractor’s performance.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.

Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below). UNOV will examine this EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise.

UNOV reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EoI and/or solicitation process.
