The Director-General delivers a speech at the opening of “Geneva: The Habitats Within”, a photo exhibition organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

The Director-General participates in a webinar of the International Gender Champions and iKNOW Politics, an international knowledge network of women in politics.

The Director-General meets with Ms. Claire Galloni d’Istria, Coordinator with the International Rainwater Harvesting Alliance.

The Director-General delivers a speech at the launch of the book “Gandhi’s Outstanding Leadership” by Ambassador Pascal Alan Nazareth.

The Director-General meets with Mr. Diab Tabari, the President of the Federation of International Servants’ Association.

The Director-General attends the Nansen Refugee Award Ceremony of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The Director-General meets with Mr. Joakim Reiter, the Director of External Affairs of the Vodafone Group to discuss possible collaboration.

The Director-General attends the inauguration of the sculpture “Thoughts and Desires”, a donation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and meets with H.E. Mr. Ali Hasanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and H.E. Mr. Abulfas Garayev, Minister of Culture and Tourism.

The Director-General hosts a luncheon with the Heads of UN entities with Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organisation.

The Director-General meets with H.E. Mr. Valentin Zellweger, Ambassador Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the United Nations Office and other international organisations in Geneva, to discuss the collaboration between the United Nations Office at Geneva and Switzerland.
