OHCHR exhibition 'UDHR70' Universal Declaration of Human Rights @ 70

In the framework of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OHCHR Library in partnership with the United Nations Library have put together a collection of materials and historical artefacts on this milestone document.
“UDHR70” exhibition takes visitors through the UDHR adoption history, featuring original drafting documents from UNOG Archives. Furthermore, it celebrate the Declaration by showcasing selected materials from the UDHR Permanent Exhibit such as anniversary publications of the UDHR, stamps, posters, etc.
Finally, the exhibition highlights the fact that the Declaration is the most translated document in the world. This section will include selected translations of the Declaration in various languages from the UDHR Permanent Exhibit, the UDHR in braille or the recent stamp issued by the UN Postal Service on the occasion of the 500th translation of the UDHR.
Visitors can enjoy the exhibition from October 2018 until March 2019.
