Terms of Reference

The United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) anticipates to issue on behalf of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) a tender with regard to Technical Assistance in Estimating Illicit Crop Cultivation in Lao PDR and Mexico.

The successful Contractor will process the collected data, select and pre-process purchased satellite images, revise the interpretations of illicit crop fields and conduct research on the feasibility to conduct an area frame sampling approach, evaluate and give technical support to the processing of aerial photos.

The United Nations Office at Vienna is seeking suppliers who are interested in the provision of Technical Assistance in Estimating Illicit Crop Cultivation in Lao PDR and Mexico. A Request for Proposal (RFP) with further specifications and details will be sent to interested companies.
