Terms of Reference
The Procurement Section of the United Nations Office at Vienna (PS/UNOV) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified vendors to register for the tender for a systems contract for the provision of field- portable instruments for identification of controlled substances on an "as required basis".
Main target substances to be analysed are drugs of abuse and precursor chemicals in solid, liquid and /or vapour phase.
Detailed description, estimated quantities and timeframe for delivery will be provided with the RFP.
It is anticipated that this contract will commence on 1 October 2012 for a 3 year period with possible extensions of 1 or 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
