DIRECTOR-GENERAL MEETS WITH GENEVA GROUP

The Director-General met with the Geneva Group today, hosted by the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom. The Geneva Group is made up of the top 14 contributors to United Nations budgets and works to ensure effective management and better oversight and accountability within the United Nations system. Among issues discussed were the UNOG budget, Strategic Heritage Plan, conference coordination and environmental sustainability.
