Registration for the annual APII Conferences

All notes verbale, registration letters, Conference Registration Forms, credentials and other correspondence should be addressed to the provisional Secretary-General of the Conference, as follows:

Security identification badges are required for entry into the Palais des Nations. Staff of permanent missions and international organizations accredited to the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) already have badges. Delegates not based in Geneva who are not accredited to UNOG are kindly requested to complete and submit the Conference Registration Form to allow for the necessary preparation of identification badges. All notifications and Conference Registration Forms shall be forwarded to the CCW Secretariat, if possible, no later than one week prior to the annual APII conference at the address above.

Badges can be collected from the Pass and Identification Unit, Security and Safety Section, at the Pregny Gate of the Palais des Nations (see map) as of Friday of the week preceding the Annual APII Conference. When you come to collect your badge, please bring photo identification (such as a passport) and a copy of your completed registration form.

In conformity with the Rules of Procedure the credentials of representatives and the names of alternate representatives and advisers shall be submitted to the Secretary-General of the Conference, if possible, not later than 24 hours after the opening of the Conference. The credentials shall be issued by the Head of State or Government, or by the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
