Fourth Meeting of CCM States Parties
In accordance with the Article 11, paragraph 2, of the Convention and pursuant to the relevant decision of the Third Meeting of States Parties (11 to 14 September 2012, Oslo, Norway) the Fourth Meeting of States Parties will take place in Lusaka, Zambia, from 10 to 13 September 2013,
Pursuant to the established practice and the provisions of resolution A/RES/63/71 of the General Assembly, the Secretary-General of the United Nations convened the Fourth Meeting of States Parties (4MSP) by a note verbale, as follows:
An
invitation letter was also addressed to the relevan international organizations by Ms Angela Kane, High Representative for Disarmament Affairs.
