CBM Returns
This page provides a summary of submissions by State Parties under the Confidence-Building Measures established at the Second Review Conference.
States Parties which previously formed part of another state (for example, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, formerly Czechoslovakia) are counted as having participated whenever the former state participated. This has been done on the grounds that the information submitted at the time presumably includes data on the territory that later became the new state. The figures for total submissions may therefore differ slightly from those in other reports.

Improving the CBMs
The
ISU would be interested in receiving any perspectives on any obstacles to participating in the CBMs, or improvements that might be made to the current system. Such ideas can be fed into ongoing efforts to streamline taking part in the CBMs and improving their utility to States Parties.
