How to register for the CCW Meeting of States Parties
All participants to the Conference must be properly notified. All High Contracting Parties, observer States and observer organizations are invited to notify as soon as possible. The members of each delegation to the Meeting of the High Contracting Parties should be notified to the CCW Secretariat by Friday 30 October 2015
. The notification must include the names and titles of the delegation members as well as indicating the head of delegation. This information will be reflected in the List of participants to be issued as part of the official documents of the Meeting.

Security identification badges are required for entry into the Palais des Nations. Members of Permanent Missions and international organizations accredited to the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) already have badges. For those not based in Geneva, badges will only be provided to those delegates whose names are listed in the note verbale or official communication submitted by their Permanent Mission or organization.
Badges can be collected from the Pass and Identification Unit
, Security and Safety Section, at the Pregny Gate of the Palais des Nations (see map
) as of Friday of the week preceding the Annual APII Conference. When you come to collect your badge, please bring photo identification (such as a passport).
