Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in registering with UNOG Purchase and Transportation Section
(PTS) vendor register.
The United Nations Secretariat has recently defined four registration criteria levels. Please read the instructions and submit the required documents so that we may proceed with the evaluation related to the level of business activity your company would like to be considered for.
Registration levels (estimated amount in US$ or equivalent):
Level 1: Estimated contract value less than US$ 200’000;
Level 2: Estimated contract value between US$ 200’000 and US$ 1million;
Level 3: Estimated contract value between US$ 1 et US$ 5 million;
Level 4: Estimated contract value more than US$ 5 million.
In order to undertake your registration, please provide the following mandatory information:

In order to be eligible for UN registration, the supplier must download, complete and sign this form (please see the sample form).

Registration Request Evaluation
Each registration request will be evaluated by UNOG on the basis of experience, ability to perform, relevance of the goods or services and financial soundness of the supplier.
Submitting a completed registration request to UNOG does not mean that you will be automatically included in the database. Registration will depend on the result of the evaluation.

Acceptation of your registration request
You will be notified of the status of your registration request by email within two months upon reception.

Modifications
You are responsible for informing UNOG of any change in your company's status, citing your vendor identification number and providing certification from the competent authorities.
You must also inform UNOG of any other changes: contact name, e-mail address, telephone/fax number, banking information, etc.
All modifications or changes must be sent to UNOG (see address below) by postal mail on your company's letterhead, with an authorized signature.
