Concerts Facilities

UNOG has two main spaces for concerts and performances.

Hall XIV
A Building, 3rd floor – access via Door 15
Large entrance hall and VIP access via Door 14 to the Assembly Hall
Space for 300 chairs to be installed
A low stage can be installed for performers – dimensions: 0.25m high x 6.7m deep x 5.15m wide
There are no professional lighting or sound facilities in this hall. The organizer must engage a professional lighting and sound company to install and manage any necessary equipment for the event. Musical instruments, including pianos, and music stands, must be provided by the organizers.

Assembly Hall
A Building. 3rd floor – access via Door 15
Main conference room of the Palais des Nations
Seating for 1200 people on the ground floor and 700 people in the galleries
Stage dimensions: 6m deep x 16m wide; Can be extended to 10m deep x 16m wide.
The stage is made from a very delicate wood. All heavy instruments and other objects which could damage the surface must be handled with extreme care and organizers should provide a dance mat if necessary.
There are no professional lighting or sound facilities in this hall. The organizer must engage a professional lighting and sound company to install and manage any necessary equipment for the event. Musical instruments, including pianos, and music stands, must be provided by the organizers.
