2016 Protocol V Meeting of Experts

The 2016 Protocol V Meeting of Experts took place from 6 to 7 April 2016 in Geneva. It was presided over by Ambassador Henk Cor van der Kwast of the Netherlands.

Attached is the Programme of Work along with Annex II on the Article 4 Generic Electronic Template and Annex III - The Working Paper on Cooperation and Assistance.

Attached is a Food-for-thought paper on cooperation and assistance for victim assistance. This paper will be discussed on the morning of Wednesday 7 April during the Protocol V Meeting of Experts.

Attached is a flyer for the panel discussion on "The impact of Protocol V on preventing and alleviating the suffering caused by explosive remnants of war", which took place on Wednesday 6 April, 3:00pm in Conference Room XVIII.

During the Meeting of Experts, the President was assisted by Mr. Julio Mercado of Argentina, Ms. Carola Munoz of Chile and Colonel Jim Burke of Ireland.
