The Director-General delivers a speech at the opening of an exhibition marking the 70th anniversary of the Inland Transport Committee (ITC) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

The Director-General delivers a speech on global governance and the role of the United Nations at the launch conference of the Master of Advanced Studies in European and International Governance (MEIG) of the University of Geneva.
