The Acting Director-General participated in the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Acting Director-General met with Mr. Sergio Duarte, Former United Nations High Representative for Disarmament Affairs and H.E Mr. Pedro Motta Pinto Coelho, Permanent Representative of Brazil to the Conference on Disarmament.
The Acting Director-General met with H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Ashikbayev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Acting Director-General met with H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Minister's Assistant for International Cooperation Affairs of Qatar, and Head of the Qatari delegation to the 25th session of the Human Rights Council.
The Acting Director-General participated in a High-Level Dialogue on "The promotion of preventative approaches within the United Nations system" organized by the Human Rights Council. He discussed the efforts of the United Nations with regard to conflict prevention as well as current and future challenges.
The Acting Director-General opened the exhibition entitled "Robert Capa 100", organized by the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.

The Acting Director-General, in his capacity as Acting Secretary-General of the Conference on Disarmament and Personal Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General to the Conference, participated in the high-level segment of the plenary meeting of the Conference.
The Acting Director-General accepted on behalf of UNOG a donation from the Permanent Mission of Greece of a “Cycladic idol”.
The Acting Director-General met with H.E. Mr. Saleh Elmarghani, Minister of Justice of Libya.
The Acting Director-General met with Mr. Rashid Khalikov, Director of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Geneva.
The Acting Director-General met with H.E. Mrs. Maia Panjikidze, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
