Director-General Meets with Eastern European Group of Member States

The Director-General met with the Eastern European group of Member States to exchange views on issues of common concern as part of his ongoing efforts to facilitate the work of the diplomatic community. He stressed how UNOG actively serves to advance the goals of the United Nations and highlighted several priorities for Geneva, such as revitalizing the Conference on Disarmament, further promoting Geneva as a platform for multilateral diplomacy, enhancing sustainable practices, and supporting multilingualism.
