Director-General Represents UN Secretary-General at Opening of 65th World Health Assembly

The Director-General represented the Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at the opening of the 65th World Health Assembly, held at the UN Office at Geneva. In his message, the Secretary-General stressed that ensuring better health is critical for achieving the Millennium Development Goals and advancing sustainable development, and is a core element of his action agenda.
