New Permanent Representative of the Republic of Peru presents Credentials to the Director-General

The new Permanent Representative of the Republic of Peru, Mr. Luis Enrique Chávez Basagoitia, presented his credentials to the Director-General, who welcomed him as his country’s new representative to the United Nations in Geneva.
