Director-General Interviewed by Le Temps Newspaper

In an interview with Le Temps, a Swiss newspaper, the Director-General shared his impressions of his term as UNOG Director-General thus far, and his priorities for 2012. He highlighted the past year as one of great transformations as well as the importance and enduring relevance of the United Nations at such a time of profound change. He also stressed that Geneva is a unique place for building partnerships between Governments, international organizations, civil society and the private sector, and that one of his priorities is to bring these actors closer together.
