The Director-General met Mr. Christian Strohal, Permanent Representative of Austria, Ambassador Mr. Alexander Kmentt, Director for Disarmament, Arms Control and Non-Proliferation at the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs and Mr. Juan José Gómez Camacho, Permanent Representative of Mexico. The Director-General expressed his appreciation for Austria’s leadership and commitment in the area of disarmament. They further discussed the situation in the Conference on Disarmament and other issues of common interest.
