Director-General Attends Reception Hosted by Permanent Representative of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament

The Director-General attended a reception in honour of the 2013 UN Disarmament Fellows and also to bid farewell, hosted by Mr. Mari Amano, Permanent Representative of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament.
