Director-General Participates in Meeting of General Assembly President with ECOSOC-accredited NGOs

The Director-General participated in a meeting of the General Assembly President Joseph Deiss with ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and highlighted the growing importance and participation of civil society in the work of the United Nations. The Director-General also noted the need for coordination of efforts and the role of UNOG in building partnerships to meet global challenges.
