Director-General Attends Opening of Biological Weapons Convention Conference

The Director-General participated in the opening of the Seventh Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), which takes place at the Palais des Nations from 5 December to 22 December 2011 to review the 15 articles of the Convention.
