Director-General Welcomes Artist Miquel Barcelò to Palais des Nations

The Director-General welcomed Mr. Miquel Barcelò to the Palais des Nations and expressed his appreciation for the artist’s renowned sculpture which adorns the ceiling of the Human Rights and Alliance of Civilizations Room.
