Director-General Receives Letter of Nomination from Permanent Observer, Council of Europe

Mr. Petru Dumitriu, Permanent Observer of the Council of Europe to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva presented his letter of nomination to the Director-General who highlighted the importance of collaboration with regional organizations.
