The Director-General attended a reception hosted by H.E. Mr. Murad N. Najafbayli, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and conveyed congratulations on the occasion of the 90th Birthday Anniversary of National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and 95th Anniversary of the Republic Day.
