New Permanent Representative of Viet Nam Presents Credentials to Director-General

The new Permanent Representative of Viet Nam, Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh, presented his credentials to the Director-General, who welcomed him as his country’s new representative to the United Nations in Geneva.
