Director-General Opens Performance of “Sueños”

The Director-General opened “Sueños”, a performance by Ecuadorian children which highlighted human rights for people with disabilities. He noted the progress that had been made through the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and stressed that all persons with disabilities must enjoy all human rights and fundamental freedoms.
