The Map of the Month, from the United Nations Archives at Geneva, is currently on display in the Reading Room.

The Map Collection of the United Nations Archives at Geneva contains over 20,000 maps dating from roughly the 1920s to the 1970s. The maps come from a variety of sources, including government and commercial publishers, and the United Nations and the League of Nations.

The maps display a variety of issues including general geography and national boundaries, as well as demographics, geology, economics, transportation, and communications. Also included are a number of maps in support of treaties submitted to the League of Nations.
