It includes a comprehensive set of information sessions:

• Searching the Official Document System
• Searching UNDocs, the UNOG Library's catalogue to UN documentation
• Searching the UNOG Library's catalogue to publications
• Requesting items online

Training for diplomats

In cooperation with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the UNOG Library organizes a seminar on the "Structure, Retrieval and Use of United Nations Documentation."

This workshop acquaints diplomats and librarians from Permanent Missions with UNOG Library user services and the various UN information resources. The course especially aims to deepen and update the trainee's understanding of the interrelationship between the structure and activities of the UN System and its documentation.
