Only United Nations staff, delegates and affiliated users are allowed to use, free of charge, the reading room photocopy machines for their United Nations work, and only to reproduce materials from the UNOG Library collections. Only one copy of materials is permitted.

External users must use the coin-operated machines on the first and third floors, at a cost of 10 centimes per page; these machines function with all coins, but do not return change.

Library staff members are granted priority in the use of photocopy machines.

Users must respect copyright regulations. Any misuse of photocopying equipment can be sanctioned.

The Library reserves the right to refuse the photocopying of very fragile materials (notably works published prior to 1945).
