Photocopying Services
  • Only materials from the UNOG Library collections can be photocopied free of charge. Only one copy is permitted.
  • Materials from the Economic, Social, and Statistics (ES), Legal and Political (LP), and Periodicals (PE) Reading Rooms must be photocopied at the machines available inside these rooms.
  • UN Staff members and conference delegates are granted priority in the use of photocopy machines.
  • The Library reserves the right to preclude the photocopying of very fragile materials (notably works published prior to 1945).
  • Users must respect copyright. Any abuse of photocopying equipment will be sanctioned.
